Cheerful and lovely place to stay, particularly nice views of the sea. Pleasant staff, warm double room. Marvellous and brilliant location when travelling to Paignton. Excellent stay in very nice area. Within 15 minutes' walk of the bus stop.

We really loved the old fashioned feel of the house, the smell of old books and the feeling of nostalgia it evoked. The host was absolutely adorable, providing a very warm welcome, complimentary drink on arrival and thorough guide. Although, we knew we could call on the host if and when we needed, she pretty much left us to our own devices which suited us perfectly. We enjoyed a really comfortable and really peaceful stay.
Felt most welcome, no reason to complain.
